Patti & Garry

We adopted two rad siblings aged 8 and 9 who are now 26 & 28. We were their fifth set of parents. I just heard of RAD in December and wish I had known these techniques when raising our two. Even though they are grown they are still a challange for us.
Now we are raising rad grandchild (our pride and joy) of our rad daughter. Fortunately we got her at age three so she has begun to heal more completely than her mom and uncle did after many years.
It's interesting that even though we didn't know about RAD principals, we instinctively did a lot of things right. (Lots of things wrong, too, like giving our son a motorscooter -he promptly sneaked away with it and wrecked it. Told the police that some men were chasing him and that's why he was on the opposite end of town and ran in front of a car).

I'm just thankful that we have a chance with this little one and all these wonderful techniques so that there is one less hurt and wounded child in this world.
God has been good to us.
Patti and Garry
